Renovation project commitments

Project terms placeholder. Project terms to be finalised: agreed scope and exclusions, variation approvals, payment due dates, update schedule and automatic credit rules. The wording below describes the proposed commitments; the detailed quotation terms are still to be supplied.

Zero deposit: Zero deposit. You are billed every two weeks for completed, documented work. See what has been done before the invoice arrives.
Locked Quote Guarantee: Your agreed scope has an agreed price. If we bill more for that scope without your written approval in the app, we absorb the difference.
3-Day Update Guarantee: A photo update every three days during active renovation work. If we miss a scheduled update, RM100 is automatically credited on your next invoice.
12-Month Workmanship Warranty: Workmanship defects fixed free of charge, with the issue and rectification tracked in your project dashboard.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and quotes, is the property of RenoWise and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.
